When you get a chance to photograph friends who are as beautiful as the Katz family you jump at the chance! We found the perfect location in at the Fullersburg woods in Oak Brook, Illinois. The weather was warm on this amazing fall day and the kids had a blast!

When you watch two friends fall in love, get married and have children its an honor to photograph their wonderful little family. Getting a chance to capture this families beautiful personalities is something I’m so excited about. The Morton Arboretum, in Lisle, IL was right down the street and a sanctuary the Ampil kids practically grew up in. I knew we needed to go. It was the middle of fall and a few days before our photo shoot the weather shifted.

It was amazing getting to capture the unique personalities of this beautiful and loving family in Lilacia Park, in Lombard Illinois.

Its such an amazing thing to see a new little one welcomed into the world. Getting a chance to capture the first few days of little Maddie’s life was an honor.
